1-PRIVACY POLICY

Rich Boys Place respects and protects your privacy in accordance with applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any personal information collected—including name, contact details, delivery address, and payment-related data—is used strictly for order processing, delivery, customer support, and service improvement.

Customer data is kept confidential and secure and is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to complete an order through authorized logistics or payment partners.

2-SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier partners. Orders are processed after confirmation and dispatched within the stated timeframe, subject to product availability. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, weather conditions, or courier operations.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery, as confirmed by the courier.

3-RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

In accordance with consumer protection laws of Pakistan, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received incorrect. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear evidence.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging. Items such as electrical parts, lubricants, customized items, and installed parts are non-returnable, unless incorrect upon arrival.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4-CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Rich Boys Place reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues, with a full refund issued where applicable.

5-WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty coverage is provided strictly as per the manufacturer’s terms, where applicable. Rich Boys Place acts only as a retailer and does not independently provide warranties unless explicitly stated.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, electrical faults, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6-PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are processed through secure and authorized payment channels in compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Rich Boys Place reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

7-TERMS OF USE

8-LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
