4-PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payments are processed through secure, authorized channels compliant with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations
- Transactions suspected of fraud or misuse may be refused or reversed
5-SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver nationwide through reliable courier partners
- Orders are processed after confirmation and subject to product availability
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, weather, or operational factors
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the courier
6-RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
ELIGIBILITY
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions
- Incorrect product received
- Product damaged during transit
- Verified manufacturing defect (where applicable)
Change-of-mind or compatibility-related claims are not eligible unless the error originated from Rich Boys Place.
CLAIM SUBMISSION
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Customers must provide order details and clear evidence (photos/video)
Late or unsupported claims may be rejected.
PRODUCT CONDITION
Returned items must
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Remain in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and invoices
- Show no signs of misuse or alteration
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless incorrect upon arrival

- Lubricants and fluids
- Customized/special-order items

- Clearance items
REFUND PROCESSING
- Approved refunds are issued via original payment method
- Processing time: 7–14 working days (subject to banking procedures)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
- COD refunds are processed via verified bank transfer
EXCHANGE
Replacement dispatch occurs after inspection and is subject to stock availability.
7-CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted

12-GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pakistan.
13-POLICY UPDATES
Rich Boys Place reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
The version applicable at the time of order placement shall be considered final and binding.
14-FINAL DECLARATION
By accessing or purchasing from Rich Boys Place, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Master Terms, Policies & Legal Agreement in its entirety.
