We are committed to fairness, transparency, and strict compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
1-OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
Every product dispatched from Rich Boys Place undergoes careful verification to ensure accuracy and quality. However, in the rare instance where an issue arises, we are prepared to assist under the terms outlined below.
Returns or exchanges are eligible exclusively under the following circumstances
- You have received an incorrect item
- The product has sustained damage during transit
- A verified manufacturing defect is identified (where applicable)
Requests based on change of mind, incorrect selection, or compatibility issues not caused by our error shall not qualify for return or exchange.
2-REPORTING A CONCERN
To ensure swift resolution
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- The request must include
- Order number
- Clear photographic or video evidence
- A detailed explanation of the concern
Timely reporting is essential. Claims received beyond the stated timeframe may not be considered.
3-PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To maintain the integrity of our inventory and quality standards, returned items must
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in pristine condition
- Include original packaging, tags, manuals, and invoice
- Show no signs of handling damage, misuse, or alteration
Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible.
4-NON-RETURNABLE CATEGORIES
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless verified as incorrect upon arrival
- Electrical and electronic components
- Lubricants, oils, and performance fluids
- Customized or special-order items
- Installed parts
- Clearance or promotional items
These exclusions are implemented to uphold safety, authenticity, and quality assurance standards.
5-INSPECTION & AUTHORIZATION
All returned merchandise is subject to professional inspection upon receipt. Approval is granted only after verification of
- Claim authenticity
- Product condition
- Compliance with this policy
Rich Boys Place reserves the exclusive right to approve or decline any return request that does not meet these standards.
6-REFUND PROCESS
Upon approval
- Refunds will be issued strictly through the original payment method
- Processing may require 7–14 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway procedures
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error originated from our side
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via secure bank transfer after verification of account details.
7-EXCHANGES
Where an exchange is approved
- Replacement dispatch will occur after inspection of the returned product
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund terms
8-SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
If the return is due to our operational error (incorrect or damaged dispatch), we shall bear the return shipping expense.
In all other circumstances not attributable to Rich Boys Place, the customer shall be responsible for return logistics costs.
9-WARRANTY CONSIDERATION
Where applicable, warranty coverage remains strictly subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Rich Boys Place operates solely as a retailer and does not independently extend warranty coverage unless explicitly stated. Warranty does not apply to damages resulting from improper installation, electrical faults, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
10-LEGAL FRAMEWORK
This policy is governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within Pakistan.
